2. Scope, Purpose, and lawful Basis of processing personal Data

We offer a wide range of services on our website. In order to provide these services, we must collect and process personal data from users or our customers.

2.2.1. Newsletter

You have the possibility to sign up for a free newsletter at our website. During online registration the following data will be entered and processed:

Name and Surname of the user

E-mail address of the user

During the registration your consent for data processing will be obtained with reference to the privacy policy.

The data will not be disclosed to third parties in connection with the data processing for the sending of the newsletters. The data will be used exclusively for the sending of the newsletters.

We process your data to send you newsletters that inform you about interesting topics related to our services. In addition, we process and use the e-mail address you entered to send you personalized offers in connection with the newsletters.

Should a link from the newsletters lead you to our websites, you also give us permission to process and use your IP address, as well as geo-data, web beacons or similar technologies, to check whether the submitted offers have met your requirements.
